Legendary Columbian Actor, Carlos Munos, Dies of Surgery Complications
Carlos Munos died in Bogota on the 11th January 2016
Carlos Muñoz, who was admitted to the Reina Sofia Hospital in
Bogotá with prognosis, but died after complicated surgery that kept him in critical
condition.
The actor joined this clinic by a hiatal hernia last December. The news was confirmed by his
wife, Luz Helena Angel.
Carlos Muñoz, 72, is one of the most beloved actors of the
Colombian television. Its
many performances on television and their active presence in the advocacy
groups have actors listed as a respected actor.
Born in Puente Nacional (Santander) in 1943, Muñoz was one of
the first to appear on Colombian television in 1954, since then, was one of the
pillars in building television and rights of actors and viewers.
